酒店在德拉市場附近，半夜抵達前台辦理效率較低，辦完前面的客人讓等一下人就不見了，乾等了半個小時才辦完入住。給的房間貌似公寓式套房，空間很大，二室一廳帶廚房，主臥門鎖壞的關不上，一個住大的有點嚇人。洗手間設施老化，水很混濁，花灑水溫不穩定，床上用品一般枕頭很高頭天完全沒睡著。杜拜的酒店都有早晚餐可以選擇，早餐種類較少，味道不咋滴，衹吃了一頓就不想再去了，晚餐還沒去吃過，和平台申請退掉後面兩天早晚餐溝通幾天都遙遙無期無法回覆，不知道是平台有問題還是酒店失聯，應該不會再去住了

房間很大很寬敞明亮，有大大的露台，衞生間也很大。服務人員比較人性化，因為我的飛機比較遲所以給我延遲退房了三個小時。衞生間的換氣扇很有點吵且不能關，睡覺特別怕吵的人注意這點

The location is excellent just a few minutes to the metro station making it convenient to get around Dubai. The breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff especially receptionist (Musha) and concierge was very professional and helpful throughout my stay. I will definitely come back the next time I visit Dubai

The room was generally nice, although we found some stains on the carpets. But the quality of service was lacklustre. When I asked if I could borrow an adaptor for my phone charger, I was told the hotel doesn’t provide adaptors and I could buy one at the nearby supermarket. The breakfast was also disappointing... Given the price, this hotel is not a good find.

Fast check in process, receptionist "Musha" very helpful with perfect service. The hotel is clean and comfortable and not noisy, room boy "Anas" very helpful, friendly and polite. The location is strategic, close to the mosque, supermarket and metro station.Recommended hotel in Deira Dubai.

The only plus point is the hotel is quite near to metro station. Booked a king room, got a 訂房網站le room with 3 single beds, which made the space very tight. I didn’t bother to change, and then toothbrush not provided, called to ask and waited long to receive. There are 3 hand towels, 1 has a huge eye shadow liked stain, 1 has hair on it. Overall it’s not a 4 star hotel standard. Not recommend.

酒店地理位置搭乘公或者交地鐵都很方便 酒店房間比較老不過還可以接受 但是遇到個服務很差英文又不好的前台 很影響體驗 下次應該不會選這間了

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut um Dubai auf eine Faust zu erkunden. Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel incl. der Metro sind fußläufige zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist ruhig und sauber und hat einen Pool zum entspannen. Uns würde ein Upgrade auf eine Suite mit einem frühem Check in gegen ein Gebühr angeboten, welches wir sehr gerne angenommen hatten.
